My Personal Guard provides 24/7 personal protection via a mobile app. By pressing the emergency button, the nearest mobile security team is dispatched to your location.

2. Eligibility

The service is available to registered users who agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Service Limitations

 The service is not a substitute for emergency medical or police assistance.
Detailed response times and operational areas are specified in your personal contract.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate location and contact information via the mobile device
Do not misuse the service (e.g., false alarms).

5. Payment

The service may be subject to subscription or usage fees as specified in the app.

6. Liability

V-13 Security Ltd. and Delta Guard are not liable for:
Delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond control.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Privacy

User data is collected, stored, and processed according to our Privacy Policy.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time.
Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria.
