How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly through the My Personal Guard mobile app:

1. Open the app.
2. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion request.

What Happens After Deletion

- Your account will be deactivated immediately.
- Your personal data will be retained for 30 days to meet legal and operational requirements.
- After 30 days, all personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Important Notes

- Deleting your account will terminate access to the service.
- Active contracts and pending payments remain valid until resolved.
